Acadia - Part 1 of 3 - Cadillac MT

We're up on top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park!

Did you know that this year is the 100th anniversary of the National Parks and Acadia?

The views are spectacular...

As are the clouds!

Mom, Dad, and I make a good picture on the top of the mountain :)

It's a beautiful view!

Well Mom, Dad and I are going to go hike on the mountain for bit, see you soon.

Just have to navigate some rocks, and cliffs, and stuff.

I think we could hike all the way down... But Dad says maybe next time.

It's not that far a drop down this way Mom...

See!  There is always another cliff piece to wonder on to.

Or places to stop (Dad has some pictures of the hike below).

Well I guess we can head back up and around toward Mom...

I mean the car is that ways.....

And Mom did say maybe a fun treat after the hike..

So let's get back up the rocks and get to Mom... and a treat!

Sky is still pretty huh?

Okay now let's go find that treat Dad!

The path is relatively easy.

Just have to watch your step...

Or leap from rock to rock :)

But the views are worth it!

Even when climbing back up.

Made it to Maine!

Playing on the Wii Fit with Aunt P was fun!

So was playing fetch with the dogs!

I'd use the stick to fling the ball as far as I could go...

Which sometimes was far, and other times not so far :)

And Gracie would bring it back to me.

Check out the huge Delia we stopped to look at... 

Is it bigger then my head?  I think it is.

The harbor was pretty to look at in Camden.

Clark's Trading Post, NH

Check it out!  A live black bear performing tricks for us (for ice cream).

See she is sitting down and having a drink...

Even the black bear knows to recycle!

She also likes to go for a swing... Hey so do I!

Look at the bear eat ice cream right off of his fingers!  That is awesome.

Now this guy (same age as the other bear) is HUGE!

Just look at him sitting on that barrel... He is in charge huh?

Uh oh... He is looking right at me... is that a problem?

Ah.... so cute.. he is holding his feet...

Checking out a show.. Mom is trying to hold me up... I think I weight too much for her to do that now.

Okay Mom.. Let's get some ice cream to cool off.  We can act like bears :)

Next up a train ride... I hope the Wolfman  doesn't take us out...

Oh No!  It's the Wolfman!  And he's looking a bit mad there.

I think we can survive him... He's using "fine Acme products", but we'll escape.

Hey!  Do I look like a Wolfman?  I don't even have a beard!

Ferry from NY to VT
