Whine Tour

 

It's a beautiful November Day, so we went for our whine tour around the loop earlier then normal.

Happy Thanksgiving!

 

It's Thanksgiving!  Mom and me are working on making some of the side fixings for our Thanksgiving dinner.

Dad helped out as well.  He's got the turkey hat on!

And the meal is ready to be served!  We've got fixings of all sorts here.

It's time for some turkey eating!

** Gobble Gobble Gobble **

Oh No!  Mom's going to pour the gravy on this turkey... :)

Okay Dad, you can wear the Turkey hat now.

Okay let's eat!

Conservatory Visit

 

It just felt like a day to go to the Conservatory, and look at some flowers.

The archway is always a good picture spot.

Mom always enjoys looking at the flowers

Dad does as well.  There's a duck and tortoises behind us here.

Hidden behind the moss!

Just a couple of guys, hanging out surrounded by flowers and moss :)

Now this flower matches my outfit, or is it the other way around?

I always love how tall this room is, and how there are flowers growing up on the ceiling.

Ah the cactus room, prickle fun

So glad to get out of the house.  Definitely a needed excursion.

It's the big tree trunk, with the hole it.  You can tell I've gotten bigger, when I stand in this one.

Pumpkin Chunkin - November

It's time to destroy some pumpkins.  They've served there Halloween purpose.

I've got my tools of destruction here (an hatchet, and a mallet)

And a Pick-Axe to do some real damage!

Time to get the pumpkin chunkin on!

Time to go in for some close hatchet action on the pumpkins

As you can see this pumpkin has been seriously chunked.

Ah the joys of destroying the pumpkins.  Always a good time!

Slice a bit of it off here, and a bit of it off there.  Soon there will be nothing left.

See this one is now completely destroyed!

Now to finish off this last one.  Always a fun time to chunk some pumpkins up!

Halloween!

 

It's Halloween!  We've got the Fortune Teller Booth for Candy distribution.  Let's get it on!

And time to go out Trick or Treating!

Dad's going with me first, as usual.

And here I am, ready to tell you a fortune (or give you some candy, your choice :) )

We're ready. And looking good!

We made a great crew this year

It turned out to be a good Halloween, if a bit cold.

Now to start thinking about what to do next year.
