Rooftop View of the Fireworks

 

So we got ourselves a nice view from the rooftop, looking over Mirror lake, to see the fireworks.

It's cleared up, should be a good night for the fireworks.

You can see the full height of the build, and the view of the mountains behind the lake.

And here is a firework over the lake.  Kinda cool!

Golfing for Dad's Birthday at Craig Wood

 

You always need to get your practice in at the driving range, before you head to the course

I think my form has gotten nice!

We've got our fun hats and fun shirts, and a beautiful day to play golf.  Happy Birthday Dad!

I mean the views are great, the tee boxes are nice, the greens are wonderful, the fairways are a bit wobbly.  But I'd come back just for the view again!

We've arrived at our hotel.  I got lemonade, Mom got Champagne! And they had cookies!

Always fun to find cool monuments on battles and such, right next to a graveyard as well!

So this monument to the Saratoga Battle, was made in 1877, for the battle in 1777.
