MOP - revisited!

 

It's time to return to my old stomping grounds.  The Strong Museum of Play (MOP).

I remember shifting this ball set all over the place with these lines.

Although it use to be easier to get through the mirrored triangle.

I look HUGE next to Mom huh?

Or was it the other way around?

Remember when I use to race these cars all the time Dad?

You always do tend to beat me, when trying.

That's me, Employee of the Month at the MOP Wegmans....

Everyone needs a dance party!

I'm the captain of my own starship, warp factor 5 to explore strange new places!

Now part of the reason we had to come, was to see the D&D exhibit.

Yes, my monster is kinda weak, deal with it.

So I made my stats to match what I think mine would be in real life. I guess I'd be a wise mage in real life.

But I'd say in game I'm a Barbarian.

Time to play some D&D arcade games with Dad.  Warrior needs food.

This reactor is heavy, it won't budge.

I know what I need, a power boost up!

Now I can lift it!

Just like old times, I'm still a beast at this!

I crush out at the super flight game, and won it!

The big giant, is still cool, but I think he could use a bit of repairs.

I keep getting eaten by rats or a shark, it's really hard to make it to the end.

Back in the mystery room, solving some puzzles, just like old times.

I'm hiding behind the mirror, ready to get Mom, whose engrossed into a book.

Man, this sword in the stone just will not budge.  You'd think by now it would come out.

 

We found a HUGE Chutes and Ladders game, was fun!

Ahhhhh... What we came here to do, other then the D&D exhibit, play some pinball and arcade games.

Just call me a Pinball wizard, playing the silver balls.

And there are a lot of games to play!

Then on to the upstairs to create some bubbles.

 

Now do I still remember how to play the X-Wing fighter Star Wars game?

Well the track is still here, the cars are in a bit of rough shape, but it works.

OOOO They've got a whole new gaming exhibit, full of free games and such.  Like centipede, I love centipede!

Dad taught me how to play the old school football game.

The back to the Pinball Alley, before it closes.

Definitely need to come back here for more gaming in the future.
