Galaxy Weekend at MOP - Part 2

 Hey Dad, look over there... Is that a Ghostbuster?  (there were 5 of them wandering around)

 Okay, I'm the mailman for the Empire.

 Its a dirty job, but some trooper has to get Lord Vader his mail.

 That wore me out... Time for a rest.

Even Dad is joining in the rest.

Time to do some construction.

Its just as simple as picking up a block from the container and moving it around.

Dad brings in the cart for me to drop the block on to.

 Then I drop it down, and grab the next... I got the hang of it.

 Time to walk the tight line, and avoid the battle below.

 A little bit of time with the Slinky on the stairs.

Then back to the builder area.  Tada!

Mom is helping me drop the balls through the tubes.

 I think she is having as much fun as me.

Towards the end, I was getting hot in the Captain Rex costume, so I took it off, and played with some blocks.

I think I might be the ruler of the universe.  That sounds like fun!

Galaxy Weekend at MOP - Part 1

Star Wars took over the Museum of Play

 There were Stormtroopers everywhere

 There were bad guys (like Darth Maul here)

 And good guys (like Obi Wan and Captain Rex).  Captain Rex is my favorite.

 There were group shots with R2D2, and friends.

 And even the Emperor was there for a shot.

Speaking of shots...

 We got to do target practice on a Tie Fighter Pilot.  I got a couple good shots in on him.

 Mom was obsessed with R2D2.

 Daddy and me were discussing how we could make our own.

 Queen Amidala was very short.

 Look out... it's Cody!

 These guys were too retro for me.

 Ooooo Vader... Is he sizing me up for something?

 There were kinda goofy for bad guys.

 But they posed really well.

 See... Even gave a good shot for Dad.

 We're still trying to figure out who this guy is... He is kinda familiar.

 Now Boba Fett here looked great.

 And there seemed to be a lot of R2D2s around... And Boba Fett is photo bombing us here... Think he has a Thermal Detonator to go with it?

 We rescued this poor Stormtrooper from a kid who wouldn't leave him alone.

This guy gave us a thumbs up.

 Hey we found a Leia with a Mickey R2D2.

One last shot with Captain Rex.  He's got the guns blazing.

Browns Pirate

Me and Dad are dressed up in our Browns gear to root for our favorite Football Team.

Then I got dressed up in some pirate gear.

 I am ready to go, eye patch, hat, sword, and blunderbuss.

ARRRRGGGGG!

Mendon Ponds

 It was a nice day... So we went for a hike.  Me and Daddy decided to take the hill from the lower level path up to the top path.

 It was a good climb getting up there, but fun.

Can you guess what I am sitting on?

 Yep... it's a big rock.

 Watch me slide down the rock L.

Oh No... Daddy has got me on the rock.

Mom, Dad, and Me... With the sun setting, and moon rising.

 See... Look at that big moon rising over the water.

 Lets watch the moon rise Mom and L... It looks cool!

 I think it is finally over the trees... Let me have that camera to take some pictures Dad!

 Ah well... time to head out of here... It was a great hike.

And the moon over the water was a great ending to it.
