Hamantashen

My job is to seal the dough into the hat shapes (I've got as bit of a cold going on, so wore a mask)

Mom rolled out the dough, and cut them into circles

And Dad did the application of the filling, then I sealed them.

Once they were sealed by me, into the oven they went!

Hot from the oven Hamantashen, ready to be eaten!

Getting some Bubble Tea

I  love me some bubble tea!

Maple Weekend and Llamas!

It's maple weekend!  Time to get out, do some maple taste testing, buy a bunch of maple stuff, and visit my friends the Llamas!

I really need to make a book up with all the pictures of me and Llamas.

Me and this one, both have the same type of floppy hair huh?

They really want me to give them some straw, ah well I don't have any for them :(.

Perhaps they are thinking my hair might work?

Now he's just posing for the camera.

Dad enjoys seeing the Llamas as well.

Mom's hair fits right in with these guys as well.

On to the next spot, to get some other items.

Like a wagon ride past the beef cows!

Before heading up to the third place to get a pancake breakfast for linner.

Yep, a complete day of Maple Weekend, always a fun time!

RIT Playoff Hockey Games - March

For the first Atlantic Hockey Playoff Friday Night game I went to in March, I was with a friend for his birthday.  RIT crushed the other team, and sweep them! One round down, another to go

For the second Atlantic Hockey Playoff Friday Night, I went with Mom and Dad.

RIT sweep this second team as well, to setup a finals, with a chance to win the Atlantic Hockey division playoffs.

Which they WON!  They had punch there ticket into the NCAA Division 1 sweet 16 March Madness tournament.  They even were ranked at number 15 (not the lowest).  Way to go RIT Tigers!

More Golf - End of February

Yep, February had some beautiful days to get out on the golf course, and get warmed up for the golf season.
