First Tooth Lost!

Look it here... I lost my first tooth on the way to school!  It looks so cool!

Firefighter!

 I am ready to put out the fire.

Turn the hose on, and aim it at the fire in the house...

Oh yeah!

Now what...

Working with the fire extinguisher to put out the burner fire.

That fire is hot.

I got a little help with the handle... It is hard to push it down at times.

Back to the hose!

See?  I put out the fire in the house.

Take that you fire in the house!

This truck is providing all the water power for the hose.

This time I pushed the fire extinguisher handle down myself!

I put out that fire in a short order!

Look at that pond... They are filling it with water from the trucks... That is cool!

See the trucks in the background... and the pond?  That is a lot of water.

It was a beautiful day.

But a bit cold... Can we do one last set of the hose/fire extinguisher before we go?

The chief helped me with the last hose run :)

Highland Park Playground

 This structure was hard to climb today... I think the gloves were making me slip off of it.

 However, I had little problem going up the chain ladder.

I can even fit through it to get to the platform.

 Booya!

 Mom... I said to hit the drums when I get to the bottom of the slide...Not while I'm climbing up the ladder.  You're suppose to be my foley artist.

Lamberton Conservatory at Highland Park

Dad an I chilling in the Cactus room.

Feels like summer in here.

But its a bit cold outside today.

This Spanish Moss  was cool to look at....

 and walk through.

 Mom said she had to have this picture on the bench... Something about having one like it when I was a baby.

 I tried to escape from her....

 But she wouldn't let me go..

 Ah well... It's Mom.

I did like the smell and the look of the Grape Hyacinth.  Mom says we have some of these in our yard, and they will be up in a bit.  I'll have to remember to keep an eye out for them.

Tinker Nature Park - Weekend Earth Day Event

 This nice RIT Environmental student showed me a bunch of bugs in there early state (mosquito larvae, Dragonfly Larvae, etc).  It was cool!

 Next Mom helped me to plant some corn and watermelon seeds.

 I need to make sure I've added enough dirt to them.

 I then created another reusable bag.  On this bag I drew an Earth.

 It has lot of blue water, green land, and is surrounded by black space, with yellow stars.  I think it came out perfect!

Next up... a word find on Earth Day words.

Adventure Landing Fun!

 And as I line up to make my shot, Dad and Mom look on in awe....

 I think I'm quite good at this game...

 When I want to be.

 See I can even shoot a putt from a red triangle.

This course set was awesome!

 And really Mom and me (and Dad) had it all to ourselves.

 It was a fun time on the Putt-Putt range.

 Afterwards we played games inside... I kept hitting the big prize on the Monkey Space ball drop... I had the timing down to an art form!

And then we played in the Wow-Factory, where I shot the balls at Mom (or Dad) who were below.

All in all a GREAT day!
