Baseball Tournament - Day 3

 It's the third day of the Tournament, if we win this first game, we get to play a second.

I'm ready to help that happen!

I've got my eye on hitting this ball for another single!

That was some good contact there!

Now time to run it out and get myself to first base...

Yep I got another hit!

Time to win this game!

Pond Swimming Break

After a long day at baseball, I need a break... So it's time for a swim in a pond!

 It's at Mom's old boss's place.  He has a huge rope swing into the pond.  Mom is trying to convince me to swing in and drop off..

Like this guy did...

I've got no problem getting onto it...

And swinging around...

And even having Mom push me out over the water.

But there is no way I'm letting go of this rope and falling into the water!

I much prefer to just swing around on it...

Even when Mom is trying to convince me of doing something else.

Now this is how I prefer to jump into a pond! A running leap!

Into the air....

Baseball Tournament - Day 2

 Day 2 began with a skills challenge... we'd played the outfield while a couple of our teammates tried to hit home runs!

What a rag tag bunch of ball players we are!

Next up, a run around the bases...

I'm going to give this my all.

Getting some good speed here!

And then onto the game.

Let's see if I can get a good hit here.

That one will get me onto base!

Then I moved onto second.

And finally got knocked in to score us a run!

It turns out we were playing my old friend M.

Then onto the second game.  I got on base again :)

We did much better in this third game, it ended up in a tie.

Baseball Tournament - Day 1

It's time to get warmed up for some Baseball!

Starting off out here in right field.  Not my favorite position at all.

I much prefer to be someplace in the infield.. Like Shortstop!

Time to get my self a good hit.

That looks like a good base hit!

Ah catcher time.  I do like to play catcher, it's a fun position for me.

Well this game hasn't gone the best.  Hopefully tomorrow's games go a bit better.

RMSC - Robot Camp

It was my first (of two) robot camps at the RMSC.  Check out my cool robot complete with passenger cart!

This here is the course it will go through. 

Here is my team's name and logo.  It describes us I think.

I'm ready to take my robot through the course!

Me and my partner get it lined up.

Then I'm driving it through!

Well I almost made it all the way through with the passenger.  I know I could have made it through without the passenger, but where is the fun in that. I was the only one to try it with the passenger!

That was awesome.  I love building the robots and such!

Niagara Falls Day

We started the day with some swimming, going between the whirlpool hot tub, and the regular pool.

Then we relaxed a bit playing some games before we had to leave

On the way to Niagara Falls, we stopped for lunch at an A&W.  The root beer was excellent!

Then we arrived at the falls area.

Took a walk down the hill (with the Moms' being goofy)

Until we could see the falls!

It's huge!

We can barely hold it up....

We walked down along it, and caught some spray.

It was a beautiful day.  In terms of being sunny and we were having fun.

I think even Mom and Dad enjoyed the view.

You have to be careful not to fall over the railing.

Although Dad made sure I didn't fall.

Okay we've seen the falls, where to next?

How about visiting some old friends from years back.

I don't remember him, but Dad does, with a picture of me in the winter in front of him.

Dad and I didn't want to take the rail car up the hill, we got over-ruled.

It was a pretty view of the falls though from the top.

Hey last time we were near here it was night, and I'd been kicked out the bar ;)
