Birthday Vacation - Part 3 - Kennedy Space Center - Part 3

This is the rocket engine part from a space shuttle...

Looks kinda like a big droid :)

Then we got to see the Shuttle Atlantis up close!  (that is now two Shuttles I've seen!)

I liked the simulation of the shuttle controls.

And sitting in the pilot seat was fun!

Lots of buttons and knobs and such to use.

There even was a scale model of part of the ISS that we could climb through...

The exit tube was clear and two stories up... It was a bit scary to climb through it.

I'm a bit worried about this one Dad....

I liked the scale mode of the Space Shuttle.  It looked really cool.  And shows how it all mounted.
